@BillSeitz there's a coffee shop in SF that makes a carbonated drink called the snowy plover that is delicious, but it does have whipped cream in it.

Also stevia and xylitol seem to be fine sugar substitutes that don't poison your microbiota. Or at least we don't know they do yet.

@BillSeitz yeah not a ton though. I can imagine that’s why you use nitro. It’s not acidic like CO2 and doesn’t mess with the coffee.

@britt Thanks for posting this, got to admit I do love artificial sweeteners, didn't realise there was any difference amongst them. I thought they might cause insulin response but didn't know about effect on microbiome.
