While I was #jobsearching and lurking on old.reddit.com/r/cscareerquest 7 months ago, I thankfully stumbled upon keyvalues.com by Lynne Tye (twitter.com/lynnetye).

I can't recommend #KeyValues enough. Over 70 engineering teams transparently profiled for users to filter down based on shared values such as "Ideal for Parents" and "Good for Junior Devs" along with "culture queries" to ask during your interviews (keyvalues.com/culture-queries) (which I used almost exclusively).

Worth a bookmark!

Hi everyone! I live in Maine, USA. I have worked on software for a long time and currently run a cyber security consulting firm called Kindly Ops. I have a soft spot for federated / distributed systems and open source. I am interested in group cognition and mental health, and anxiously await when AI turns criminal.

I'm excited about @365-rfcs@write.as for analysis of one RFC per day in chronological order
