Lately, every time something happens that threatens to turn racial issues into a mainstream political battlefield, I have the same conversations with my family. I really hope things never get to the point of us having to take sides. As afro-white indian jewslims, we are kinda doomed to always be part the other guys in the eyes of everyone.
