@jamescgibson Weirdly sensitive to agreeing with his ideas, mostly suggested by facial expressions, body language and speech cadence. He’ll look at me with a smile and pause for confirmation. That, plus all of his body language stuff is extremely anxious. I dunno, maybe I’m reading too much into this.

@jamescgibson Maybe it’s less him being sensitive necessarily than him just wanting emotional and intellectual buy-in to his approach. (and me feeling like I don’t want to give it). This is opposed to the other manager who just says he wants something a certain way, and even if I disagree it’s nbd cause he doesn’t seem to care.
