I have nightmares about this 

@miljko As a HS teacher, I wonder how an education system (including the various colleges he had been through) came to certify this man as a doctor. To me, that is the bigger crime. If he was so clearly and distinctly incompetent, he should never have gotten that certification in the first place.

@kureshii As the joke goes, how do you call the person in med school who graduated last in their class? Doctor. And it is exceedingly rare for someone who got into an American med school not to graduate. I come from a country where <50% of medical students graduated, but then most of it was paid for by the state and the state didn’t want to waste money.

Residency programs are slightly tougher, and I thought surgical residencies tougher than others, but apparently not.
